There are six core values of Pi Beta Phi. These values are those that should be and are exhibited by every Pi Phi member. They exhibit what Pi Phi deems important in a member. Integrity includes the values of personal as well as academic integrity. Integrity includes the values of honesty and trustworthiness, irreproachable personal conduct, high standards and accountability. Honor and respect is included for yourself and others as well. Life long commitment includes having loyalty, commitment, and faithfulness to Pi Phi as well as other obligations. Personal and intellectual growth includes developing in the areas of scholarship, knowledge, excellence, and fraternity education. Philanthropic service is exhibited through social and community service. Sincere friendship is associated with sisterhood, compassion, kindness, assistance and support.
