Iowa Beta Participation Survey

We have a huge Golden Circle Base of 251 members with 39 alumnae living in Indianola. Our advantage in having a successful group is great -- be that person who steps forward to help. Total Iowa Beta Alums number just above 800 across the country and world. Our success depends on you taking that small piece of the "Pi." Grab a buddy and help your Iowa Beta alumnae!

Small	Time Commitment up to 10 hours a year
	1. Committee member for an Alumnae Club meeting
	2. Attend a couple of Alumnae Club meetings; for example: November: help decorate the Pi Phi house
	December: attend the Holiday Cookie Exchange
	3. Pay yearly dues of $40.00; $15.00 of that goes for local Alumnae
	Club activities
	4. Offer your home for a meeting
	5. Attend mock recruitment in the fall
	6. Help with recruitment parties as an AAC helper
	7. Attend a pledge or initiation service
	8. Provide monetary help with recruitment
	9. Occasionally donate baked goods for and Alumnae or chapter
	fundraiser
	10. Help House Corporation with summer cleaning
	11. Serve on th Alumnae Club Nominating Committee
	12. AACRIC for Alumnae Club Yearbook
	13. Help assemble the yearbook.

Medium	Time commitment between 40-50 hours per year
	1. Serve as an officer on AAC; counterpart to chapter Executive Officers
	2. Serve on House Corporation; become an officer
	3. Participate on a recruitment team; helper to AAC
	4. Serve as an officer in Alumnae Club to plan Recruit Alumnae
	Committee
	5. Serve as Alumnae Club Web site monitor and Web master
	6. Serve as AAC VP of Finance

Large	Time commitment 50-100 hours a year
	1. Serve as AAC Chair
	2. Serve as House Corporation Chair
	3. Serve as Alumnae Club President
	4. Serve as Summer Alumnae Coordinator; planning, calling,
	recruiting
